Each week's meal plans are designed so you can mix and match breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to fit your tastes and goals—whether you’re loading up on protein or leaning into fat-loss options. Most meals linked in this guide can be accessed via the Bechef App (App Store or PlayStore). Of course you're free to find a recipe from your favorite creators, but we feature recipes that from creators our team like!
